Can we charge more for evening and weekend court time?
Yes. Peak and off-peak rates are built in — set higher prices for weekday evenings and weekends, and different rates by player type and booking duration. The right price is always applied automatically at checkout.
Does PlayerConnect handle both tennis and padel at the same club?
Yes. Each sport keeps its own courts, timetable, pricing and schedule, and customers book either one from the same club-branded site. Pickleball and badminton are supported the same way.
Can members get discounts or priority booking?
Yes. Club memberships renew automatically by card and can include member discounts, guest passes and an earlier booking window than casual players — perks apply automatically when members sign in and book.
Can coaches take lesson bookings through the platform?
Yes. Coaching has its own booking flow: you publish lesson options against each coach's availability, customers book and pay online, and lessons appear alongside court bookings in the club's schedule.
Do casual players need an account to book a court?
No. Guests can book and pay for a court without creating an account. Players who want to track their bookings or use a membership sign in with a secure email link — no passwords to forget.
