Can we sell 9 holes, 18 holes and twilight rates separately?
Yes. Round types — 9 holes, 18 holes, twilight and any others you run — are priced and booked separately, so customers pick the right round and pay the right rate for it before they arrive.
Does the pro shop see the same tee sheet as the website?
Yes. Online tee time sales and pro shop bookings share one live tee sheet. A phone booking or walk-in taken at the counter shows as unavailable online immediately, so a tee time can never be sold twice.
Can customers add a cart or buggy hire when they book?
Yes. Cart hire and other add-ons are offered at checkout and paid for in the same card payment, so golfers arrive with everything sorted and the pro shop isn't processing a second transaction on arrival.
Can members get priority tee times and discounted rates?
Yes. Club memberships renew automatically by card and can include member rates, an earlier booking window than casual players, and guest passes — perks apply automatically once a member signs in to book.
Can we run mini golf or lessons at the same course?
