How long does it take to launch?
Most venues are live within a week. We'll help you configure your venues, resources, pricing rules and memberships, point your domain at the platform, and go.
Is it really white-labelled?
Yes. Members book on your custom domain, see your logo and colours, and receive emails from your sender address. The Player Connect brand never appears in the customer experience.
Which sports do you support?
Today we support golf ranges, tennis courts, padel courts and bowls greens, with sport-specific defaults. The platform is structured around generic 'venues' and 'resources', so adding a new sport is mostly a configuration exercise.
How do payments work?
Player Connect uses Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, take payments at booking (or hold a card for no-shows), sell memberships, and receive payouts directly. Refunds and disputes are handled inside the staff console.
Can our staff still take phone bookings?
Absolutely. The staff console is built around the front desk: walk-ins, phone bookings, manual member look-ups, check-ins and session control are all one or two clicks away.
What about migrations from our existing system?
We've migrated venues from spreadsheets, paper diaries and several legacy booking platforms. We'll work with you on a data import plan during onboarding.
Do you have a public roadmap?
Yes — visual bay/court designer, hardware integrations (TrackMan, lighting, locks), competition management and native mobile apps are all on the way. Talk to us about what you need most.
